Announcement of an open tender for the conclusion of a transport expedition agreement in the field of regional transportation of goods by Russian Fishing Company JSC by road from warehouses in the Moscow region.
JSC Russian Fishing Company, located at: 121353, Moscow, st. Belovezhskaya, 4-B tel.8 (495) 775-7661(hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) invites you to participation in an open tender for the conclusion of a transport expedition agreement in the field of intercity transportation of goods by Russian Fishing Company JSC by road from warehouses in the Moscow region.
Tender specification:
To participate in the tender of Russian Fishing Company JSC, you need to send an email to tenders@rusfishcom.ru, mozkov@rusfishcom.ru, stradatelev@rusfishcom.ru the following documents:
1) Application for participation in the tender using the form below:
2) Documents listed in the application for participation in scanned form
3) Tender proposal, drawn up on the participant’s letterhead, including completed tables from tender assignment in scanned form.
4) Documents characterizing the resources and capabilities for organizing transportation – human and technical:
4.1. certificate of composition of fixed assets.
4.2. information on the number of employees for the last reporting tax period.
4.3. a list of vehicles planned to be engaged by this company to fulfill our requests for organizing transportation. It is generated in Excel spreadsheet format in 2 parts – own and hired transport:

4.4. A letter on transport is an official letter on company letterhead in pdf format, containing the information in clause 4.3.

IMPORTANT!!! An applicant who has not sent his commercial proposal to ALL specified email addresses is not eligible to participate in the tender.
