Pangasius fish – cooking methods

Pangasius is a fish with a delicate taste and low fat content. There are many ways to prepare this fish to preserve its juiciness and flavor. Here are some recipes:

 

1. Fried pangasius

For this recipe you will need fresh pangasius, salt, pepper, olive oil. Cut the fish into portions, salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the fish on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with lemon juice and herbs.

2. Baked pangasius with vegetables

For this recipe, take pangasius, tomatoes, eggplants, onions, garlic, and herbs. Chop all the vegetables and herbs, and clean the fish and cut into pieces. Place all ingredients in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until done.

3. Stewed pangasius in tomato sauce

For this recipe, take pangasius, onions, carrots, herbs, tomato paste, salt, pepper. Fry the onions and carrots, add tomato paste, add a little water and simmer with the lid closed. Then add chopped pangasius, salt and pepper and simmer until cooked. Serve with greens and boiled potatoes.
